Power & Dynamic Movement is the fourth phase in the Apex performance progression. This program is designed to translate the strength developed in earlier phases into explosive, efficient movement that carries over to real-world demands.

This is not conditioning-focused training.

This is not maximal strength work.

This phase emphasizes power production, coordination, and movement quality at higher speeds, while maintaining the strength base you’ve already built.

What This Program Focuses On

Power & Dynamic Movement emphasizes:

  • rapid force production and intent
  • explosive lower- and upper-body movement
  • controlled deceleration and re-acceleration
  • coordination and timing under dynamic conditions

Every session is designed to improve:

  • power output
  • movement efficiency
  • force transfer through the body
  • confidence moving fast and under load

This is training that teaches your strength to show up when it matters.

Program Structure

Length: Structured multi-week training phase
(access provided beyond program length)

Frequency: 3–4 training days per week

Training Style: Power-focused sessions with dynamic movement elements

Environment: Commercial gym or well-equipped home gym

Strength is maintained throughout the program, while power and speed of movement become the primary emphasis.
