Speed, Agility & Integrated Performance is the final phase in the Apex performance progression. This program is designed to integrate everything developed in earlier phases — capacity, strength, muscle, and power — into efficient, coordinated movement under load and fatigue.
This is not conditioning for conditioning’s sake.
This is not sport-specific agility training.
This phase emphasizes efficient movement, rapid decision-making, and controlled speed, while maintaining strength and power developed earlier in the system.
What This Program Focuses On
Speed, Agility & Integrated Performance emphasizes:
- efficient acceleration and deceleration
- change of direction with control
- movement coordination under load
- maintaining posture, balance, and stability at speed
Every session is designed to improve:
- movement efficiency
- reactivity and control
- durability under dynamic conditions
- confidence moving fast while fatigued
This is training that prepares you to move well when it matters most.
Program Structure
Length: Structured multi-week training phase
(access provided beyond program length)
Frequency: 3–4 training days per week
Training Style: Integrated speed, agility, and strength maintenance sessions
Environment: Commercial gym or well-equipped training space
Strength and power are maintained throughout the program while movement quality, speed, and coordination become the primary emphasis.

Speed, Agility & Integrated Performance brings all physical qualities together into a cohesive system — preparing you to move efficiently, respond quickly, and maintain control under load and fatigue.
This phase completes the cycle and sets the stage for repeating or re-entering earlier phases with a higher level of readiness.
