Dr. Tahir has spent his career bridging research and practice — translating peer-reviewed physiology into training programs that actually work for the men who hire him. APEX Tactical Athletics is the result: a coaching practice built on NSCA / NASM / ACSM standards, calibrated for high-performing men with limited time and zero patience for fitness-industry noise.

This seminar is the same framework his 1-on-1 coaching clients run — condensed into one day, delivered to a group, with the live workshop most men have never experienced in a structured setting.

Who is this seminar for?
Men who already train (or used to) but feel like they're guessing. Beginners ready to start the right way. Intermediates plateaued on random programs. Experienced lifters who want the science behind what they've been doing. Not for: pure beginners with zero training experience and zero gym confidence — we'll point you to a foundational program first.
I'm not a "tactical" guy — is this for me?
Yes. The tactical brand comes from the precision and discipline of the methodology — not the audience. Most attendees are professionals, fathers, and weekend lifters. The content is general strength + conditioning + nutrition for life — applies to anyone who wants to train smarter.
What do I need to bring?
A notebook, training clothes for the afternoon workshop, a water bottle, and snacks of your choice. Eat a solid breakfast before arriving — the day runs 8 to 4. Food is not provided; the classroom has water available. We supply all printed materials and all equipment for the floor session.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
You'll fill out a health intake at check-in. Every movement in the workshop has a regression — you'll only execute what's safe and appropriate for you. Dr. Tahir personally cues every attendee. If a movement isn't right for you, you'll get an alternative on the spot.
What's included in the 2-week trial?
The full APEX Body Optimization System: a custom training block delivered via BridgeAthletic, a nutrition framework calibrated to your numbers, one mid-trial check-in, and coach access for questions. It's the same system 3-month clients run — just compressed into a 14-day window so you can feel what coached training is actually like.
Is the $200 credit guaranteed?
Yes. Every attendee gets a $200 credit toward the APEX 3-month coaching program if applied within 14 days of the seminar. The credit is non-transferable and not combinable with other promotions. No commitment required at the seminar — it's a thank-you for showing up.
What's your refund policy?
No cancellations or refunds. If the seminar is cancelled by APEX for any reason, it will be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the host. Because the seminar is capped at 10 men and we prepare materials, food, and venue in advance, all seats are final once booked. Please confirm your availability before reserving.
Will there be future dates?
The next cohort date is shown at the booking page (link from the "Reserve My Seat" button). APEX runs the Men's Seminar regularly in Irvine, CA. If the upcoming cohort doesn't work for your schedule, contact us at rehan@apextacticalathletics.com and we'll let you know when the next one is announced.
