Real Coaching. Real Development.

Weekly small-group training for kids ages 7–12 — no experience needed.
Real speed, agility, and movement coaching — structured and purposeful, every session.
Led by a PARISI-certified speed coach with a PhD in exercise science — not a parent volunteer filling time.

The Framework

A structured 4-block session built on the PARISI Model — the same framework used with our adult athletes, scaled for young movers.

1
Block 1

Warm-Up

Dynamic movement prep and activation — get loose, get moving, get ready.

2
Block 2

Linear & Omni Speed

Acceleration mechanics plus 5-cone, 5-10-5 shuttle, and reactive change-of-direction work.

3
Block 3

Anchor Drills

Resisted sprint work — technique and power development, built the right way.

4
Block 4

Competition Finisher

Relay races and flying sprints — the part every kid remembers and asks to do again.

Questions

Is this drop-off, or can I stay?
This is a drop-off session — there's no on-site seating for parents. Drop off, head out, and be back for pickup at the end of the time slot. Exact address and pickup details are shared after you book.
What should my kid wear/bring?
Athletic clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle.
Is this a tryout for something?
No. It's structured speed & agility coaching — no pressure, no evaluation.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Book and pay per session through Calendly, week to week. The 4-pack is optional and just for savings — not a commitment.
What if we miss a Saturday?
Drop-in sessions are pay-as-you-go, so a missed week simply isn't charged. 4-pack sessions can be made up within the 6-week window — just message the coach to find a makeup slot.
My kid is younger or older than 7–12 — can they still join?
This program is built specifically for the 7–12 age range. Email rehan@apextacticalathletics.com and we'll let you know about options outside that bracket.
