Firearms Instruction Records: Course completion, qualification scores, and related documentation required by NRA, USCCA, CA DOJ, or CA POST for instructor recordkeeping.
Usage Data: Browser type, pages visited, and time spent — collected via Google Analytics and standard server logs.

Firearms instruction records (course completion, qualification, and licensing documentation) are retained for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with NRA, USCCA, and CA DOJ instructor requirements. Fitness coaching records are retained for a minimum of 3 years.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Our site is hosted on Netlify with HTTPS/SSL encryption. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites (Calendly, Stripe, Trainerize, Instagram, YouTube, NRA, USCCA). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

Children's Privacy

For youth programs (ages 7–12), we require a parent or legal guardian to complete all registration and consent processes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
