This Agreement ("Agreement") governs all services provided by Tahir Performance Training and Consulting Group, LLC, DBA APEX Tactical Athletics ("APEX Tactical Athletics," "Company," "Coach," "we," "our," or "us"), operated by Dr. Rehan Tahir.
Services may include but are not limited to:
This Agreement applies to all current and future services offered by APEX Tactical Athletics.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior approval constitutes a forfeited session with no refund or rescheduling.
Promotional codes and discounts remain subject to eligibility requirements and expiration dates.
Risks include but are not limited to:
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Firearms instruction involves additional inherent risks including catastrophic injury and death.
Participants agree to:
Unsafe conduct may result in immediate removal from training without refund.
Dry-fire sessions prohibit live firearms and live ammunition unless expressly authorized by the instructor.
You acknowledge that participation may not be appropriate for all individuals. You affirm that:
Participants agree to disclose all known medical conditions, injuries, medications, limitations, or circumstances that may affect safe participation.
Failure to disclose known conditions releases APEX Tactical Athletics from liability related to those conditions.
For online services, participants acknowledge that coaches:
Participants assume full responsibility for exercise execution and training decisions.
Nutrition guidance provided by APEX Tactical Athletics is educational in nature. APEX Tactical Athletics does not:
Supplement education is provided for informational purposes only. Participants assume all risks associated with supplement use.
Individual outcomes vary significantly. No guarantee is made regarding:
Results depend upon factors including adherence, sleep, stress, recovery, genetics, lifestyle, and medical conditions.
Participants remain solely responsible for:
Participants are responsible for ensuring their equipment and training environment are safe and appropriate for exercise. APEX Tactical Athletics assumes no responsibility for injuries arising from unsafe equipment or environments.
Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for minor participants and certify that the child is physically capable of participation.
Unsafe, disruptive, threatening, unlawful, or disrespectful conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
During participation in services, photographs, videos, audio recordings, testimonials, screenshots, progress photos, exercise videos, training footage, or other media may be created, submitted, captured, tagged, or shared. This includes:
By participating, you grant APEX Tactical Athletics permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, display, and share such materials for educational, promotional, marketing, and business purposes without compensation.
This authorization includes use on:
Participants may withdraw permission for future promotional use by written request submitted to rehan@apextacticalathletics.com. Withdrawal does not apply retroactively to content already published or distributed.
Participants may voluntarily submit videos or photographs for exercise review or coaching feedback. Participants acknowledge that:
Participants remain solely responsible for exercise safety and execution.
No images, videos, or identifying information involving participants under eighteen (18) years of age will be used for promotional purposes without separate written parental consent.
Participants who voluntarily tag, mention, collaborate with, or publicly identify APEX Tactical Athletics on social media grant permission for such content to be reposted or shared for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided requesting otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted under California law, participants release and forever discharge:
from any and all claims arising from participation in services or activities. This includes claims involving:
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless APEX Tactical Athletics against claims arising from their own negligence, conduct, or failure to follow instructions.
All content, programming, videos, educational materials, documents, systems, branding, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of APEX Tactical Athletics. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Electronic signatures, digital checkboxes, and electronic acknowledgments constitute legally binding acceptance of this Agreement.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
This document constitutes the complete agreement between the participant and APEX Tactical Athletics and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements.
This Agreement shall be governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Riverside County, California.
APEX Tactical Athletics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
