Dr. Rehan Tahir holds a PhD in Health and Human Performance. He is an NSCA CSCS — the gold standard credential in strength and conditioning — and a TSAC-F, specifically credentialed for tactical populations. He is also a licensed firearms instructor operating at Riverside Magnum Range.

A progressive multi-phase series. Each phase builds directly on the last. Phase 1 is the prerequisite — that's not a sales tactic, that's how human adaptation works.
Phase 1 is not a general fitness program. It is the deliberate construction of a physical foundation — connective tissue integrity, aerobic base, fundamental movement patterns, positional strength, and grip development. Everything in Phase 2 and beyond is built on top of what you build here.
Phase 2 takes the base built in Phase 1 and develops it into real strength. Barbell work begins. Rep ranges drop. Intervals replace steady-state. Body composition changes become visible — and physical confidence becomes undeniable.
Phase 3 is where the foundation becomes a weapon. Explosive power, stress inoculation conditioning, and firearms-specific movement integration. Built on Phases 1 and 2 — not possible without them.
