Block 1

Warm-Up

Dynamic movement prep and activation — get loose, get moving, get ready.

Linear & Omni Speed

Acceleration mechanics plus 5-cone, 5-10-5 shuttle, and reactive change-of-direction work.

3
Block 3

Anchor Drills

Resisted sprint work — technique and power development, built the right way.

4
Block 4

Competition Finisher

Relay races and flying sprints — the part every kid remembers and asks to do again.

Questions

Is this drop-off, or can I stay?
This is a drop-off session — there's no on-site seating for parents. Drop off, head out, and be back for pickup at the end of the session. Location and pickup details are shared after you register.
What should my kid wear/bring?
Athletic clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle.
Is this a tryout for something?
No. It’s structured strength and performance coaching — no pressure, no evaluation.
How is the clinic priced?
Clinic pricing and package options are shared when you register. Reach out through the form and we’ll walk you through what fits your athlete.
What if we miss a session?
Message the coach and we’ll work out a makeup slot where the schedule allows.
My athlete is younger or older than 7–18 — can they still join?
The clinics are built for the 7–18 age range, grouped by age and ability. Email rehan@apextacticalathletics.com and we’ll let you know about options outside that bracket.
