Strength and performance clinics for new and seasoned young athletes. Small groups. Certified coaching. Quality results. All led by a PhD exercise scientist and certified strength and conditioning specialist.
A structured 4-block session built on the Parisi Model. The program builds young athletes’ physical foundation and improves their fitness conditioning, resilience to injury, self confidence, and personal growth.
Dynamic movement prep and activation — get loose, get moving, get ready.
Acceleration mechanics plus 5-cone, 5-10-5 shuttle, and reactive change-of-direction work.
Resisted sprint work — technique and power development, built the right way.
Relay races and flying sprints — the part every kid remembers and asks to do again.
Dr. Rehan Tahir holds a PhD in Health & Human Performance and is a PARISI Speed Coach — Level 2, trained directly in the methodology behind one of the most established youth speed programs in the country. He combines that framework with the same exercise science he uses to coach adult athletes and present research at the NSCA National Conference.
The first clinic begins in October. Small groups, first come, first served.
Location and schedule details are shared after you register. A short liability waiver is required before your child’s first session.
